No Products in the Cart
The customer may change any item that they do not like or that does not fit well as long as they meet the following conditions:
The customer has a period of 30 calendar days, from the date of receipt of the merchandise, to return a product. The essential requirements to carry out the return are:
* That the product is new, without signs of use, with the original box and labels properly wrapped.
* That the product has not been tampered with.
* Have the invoice or purchase ticket.
If the product meets the above conditions, the customer may exchange the item for any other size or for another model that we have in stock, the cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer, as well as customs charges, if any.
To return an item, you must first notify us and send us an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org indicating us in the subject RETURN and detailing in the email your purchase data including name, telephone number and order or ticket number. We will be able to contact you as soon as possible indicating the shipping costs generated for the subsequent shipment of the exchanged item and the method of payment for it.
