PAYMENT VIA CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

At ExpoFlamenco (tiendaexpoflamenco.com, owned and operated by Dove Management Consulting Inc.) we are well aware of the importance of offering a secure payment system. We are currently integrated into the PayPal payment gateway, operated throughout the world.

 

PAYMENT BY TRANSFER OR DEPOSIT AT THE COUNTER

If you wish to pick up your purchase at our store in Jerez de la Frontera, you can choose to make payment via bank deposit or transfer. In this case, you must specify the following fields:

Payer: Name and surname of the buyer / company.
Recipient: Expoflamenco S.L.
Item: Enter the online reference number for the order or the name of the client if the order was place by telephone.

Once the deposit has been lodged in our account, we shall begin to ship your order. You may send proof of payment via e-mail to: shop@expoflamenco.com, though for security reasons, the order will not be considered as placed until the financial department receives confirmation from the bank of the deposit or transfer.

Please, should you choose to make a «Bank Transfer» as a method of payment, do not forget to make the deposit within a period of not more than 7 days, so that the order can be set aside for you. Otherwise, we will not be able to guarantee and reserve the products corresponding to your order.

Should payment have not been received once 7 days have elapsed, we shall assume that you no longer wish to make the purchase of the product(s) and the order would be automatically cancelled.

PayPal allows for users who hold email accounts to send money via the Internet in a safe and comfortable manner. ExpoFlamenco.com and TiendaExpoFlamenco.com have established a delivery and distribution system for every product within the website. You can contact with us through:

 

COST OF DELIVERY

We have simplified our delivery prices to be the following:

Worldwide Regular Delivery:

15% of Order total with a minimum fee of 6 Euros and Maximum of 100 Euros.

Worldwide Express Delivery: 

25% of Order total with a minimum fee of 10 Euros and Maximum of 150 Euros.

 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Worldwide Regular Delivery = Usually 3 and 30 days.

Worldwide Express Delivery = Usually 1 to 20 days.

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Your order may not be supplied by a distribution center within your country. For orders supplied from countries outside your country of delivery, YOU the USER may be obliged to pay import taxes, as well as any additional amount due to customs clearance into your country. ExpoFlamenco, THE COMPANY, does not have any control over these amounts since Customs policies vary significantly from one country to another, for more information, please consult the corresponding customs office.
